This was a set up

Had a terrible experience with Mike the sales rep just warning for all people looking to buy tiles from Interstone sales rep Mike does not care about people I went to show room on a Friday and found a tile that I really needed in clearance told Mike I will be back to pick them up he said come Monday because Saturday warehouse is closed I said perfect he tells me he put a sold sign on the order and they would be moved to warehouse I now spent the weekend building a special A frame for the 18 by 36 marble tiles and drove 3 hours to Concord to pick up the tiles when I got to Interstone Mike tells dont know how it happened but the tiles are sold and gone

This morning the sales rep Mike was able to find an alternative tile in the size you actually require, which you confirmed you can make the tile work for your project.
