This morning the sales rep Mike was able to find an alternative tile in the size you actually require, which you confirmed you can make the tile work for your project. We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately we were unable to accept your return because of the condition that the boxes were in. It wasn’t that the boxes were just opened but the tiles were also loose and the boxes were in poor condition. We would not be able to resell them.
