I've been to many other tile suppliers in the area but Interstone is by far one of the best ones out there. As soon as I walked in the lovely receptionist greeted me and asked If I needed any assistance. Once I was ready she set me up with a sales rep and they talk me through the different materials that they offer. They made the experience an easy one for me. Needless to say I purchased my tile from them. I would totally recommend them to my friends and family

I purchased tile from Interstone and it was decent. However, when I attempted to return the unused items they refused to refund because some of the boxes were damaged. The tiles were unused and in perfect condition. Not at any time during the sale did the sales rep, Mike Riccardi, indicate the boxes had to be in pristine condition when returned. They have flat out refused to refund or return any of the unused perfect condition tiles. For company so large, which makes millions of dollars, I am shocked at the poor quality of customer service. This is a terrible way to treat customers. This is the worst service I have ever experienced . If you are considering purchasing at Interstone I highly recommend you go elsewhere . There are plenty of honest, decent hard-working companies that will honor their sales, to bother wasting your time and money on a place like this.

I got a couple of types of porcelain tiles for my bathroom renovation at Interstone. Li was helpful in choosing a tile that matched our budget and Carole was of great assistance when our contractor needed extra tile in a rush. We couldn't be more happy with the end result.

There are many shops around this area but Interstone probably has largest selection. I purchased large tiles for my bathroom renovation and couldn't be happier. I'll be doing 2nd bathroom and will also be purchasing from Interstone. Family owned business with lots of industry knowledge. They have some of the most unique pieces of granite and marble slabs you'll see anywhere. If you are looking for quality high end stones at amazing price, this is the place for you.

I have been to this location a few times and the showroom is beautiful and the warehouse is massive with a lot of different slabs to choose from. I didn't know there was a big difference between marble and Granite, but a gentlemen by the name of Mark helped me and explained to me which stone is better for my needs and budget. Would definitely recommend this company!
