Horrible, pathetic and awful

I purchased tile from Interstone and it was decent. However, when I attempted to return the unused items they refused to refund because some of the boxes were damaged. The tiles were unused and in perfect condition. Not at any time during the sale did the sales rep, Mike Riccardi, indicate the boxes had to be in pristine condition when returned. They have flat out refused to refund or return any of the unused perfect condition tiles. For company so large, which makes millions of dollars, I am shocked at the poor quality of customer service. This is a terrible way to treat customers. This is the worst service I have ever experienced . If you are considering purchasing at Interstone I highly recommend you go elsewhere . There are plenty of honest, decent hard-working companies that will honor their sales, to bother wasting your time and money on a place like this.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately we were unable to accept your return because of the condition that the boxes were in. It wasn’t that the boxes were just opened but the tiles were also loose and the boxes were in poor condition. We would not be able to resell them.
